Hali Jama is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a multifaceted builder in the career, community, and creator spaces. She is the CEO and Co-Founder of EmpOUR, a growing career development and mentorship platform designed to equip students and early-career professionals with the relationships, resources, and clarity they need to thrive.

Hali also works as an Account Strategist at Tribe Marketing Group, where she partners with creators and public figures to expand their digital presence and develop sustainable brand ecosystems. Alongside her industry work, she is a career and lifestyle content creator, sharing guidance with a global audience on navigating college, early adulthood, and professional growth.
